I worked on the Emery County Project from October 1963 through August 1966 as a young Civil Engineer. H.P Deming was Harold P. (Chick) Deming, the Chief Inspector for Joes Valley Dam. he was a fine construction stiff who learned his trade from the ground up. he and other engineers and technicians were my greatest mentors through my 39 years with USBR. |
